You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the watch only if the item is not as described — such as incorrect model, undisclosed condition issues, or functional defects.
If approved, we will issue a full refund of the watch price once the item is returned and verified.

Please note:

Returns due to change of mind are not eligible for a full refund.

In such cases, service fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.
