Every watch is inspected through our rigorous in-house authentication process before shipment. All orders are shipped fully insured with tracking and require signature upon delivery for security.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the watch only if the item is not as described — such as incorrect model, undisclosed condition issues, or functional defects.
If approved, we will issue a full refund of the watch price once the item is returned and verified.
